It looks as if incumbents Janet DiFiore and Tim Idoni have won re-election as District-Attorney and County Clerk, but that 3-term County Executive Andy Spano has suffered a stunning upset in his race against challenger Rob Astorino.

Other victims of the anti-incumbent wave are Lewisboro Supervisor Ed Brancati and Rye Mayor Steve Otis.

Still others are too close to call including several County Legislative races and municipal ones in Yonkers: incumbent County Legislators Bill Ryan and Bill Burton, and incumbent Council President Chuck Lesnick are still in danger of losing re-election; the open seat in the Yonkers 2nd Council District also remains tight.
